Custom software is never really "done" - it needs support, new features, and upgrades. One monthly rate covers the build and everything after it, with no $20,000 invoice up front. When it's done enough for you, pause or unsubscribe.

Shopify commerce is our premier product, but the subscription covers application development broadly - custom apps, dashboards, AR experiences, Azure marketplace apps, enterprise integrations. If you can describe it, it's in scope.

While they are awesome, there is a significant additional cost when creating apps for the Apple and Android app stores. Each change needs to be approved, sometimes taking days or weeks. There is also not a lot that Native Apps can do that Web Apps can't, including Notifications. If you are selling or charging for your service through the app, they also take a cut. We recommend using a Web App unless you really need the additional functionality that a native app provides. The backend of Web Apps and Native Apps is almost identical as well, so if you do choose to go that route, we can handle the backend and find you a great developer to handle the App Store side of things.

We deliver value every day M-F. At the end of each day you will see updated status changes to your tasks. Complex tasks are broken down into subtasks so that work can be tracked and approved easily. If tasks are simple there may be multiple tasks completed in one day. Be sure to review and keep backlog requests updated with details to maximize your time.

Yes, we use Claude Code to assist our development process. However we are not "vibe coding" and just trying out ideas. We follow standard Agile development flow, and your TOASTPRO account will show your Kanban board with tasks. As each one is ready, we create a GitHub Issue. This documents and provides instruction, a way to tie the code to a specific request, as well as a test plan for any changes. Our team then writes and reviews the work, and when a preview is ready, your task will be updated. Once you approve it, it will go live automatically.

You do. You have complete control of your look and brand message. Upload and specify images and videos to use on your projects, or use TOASTPRO to hire expert graphic designers, photographers, video editors, and more.

We use Vercel for website and app hosting, plus Supabase for auth and databases. In most cases our client projects can operate under the free tiers, and only upgrade for more storage or features as needed. We'll discuss in more detail on our initial call.

Monthly subscriptions require your own Claude Max account ($100 currently).
